What is provided as part of the Formah Body Sculpting franchise program?
At Formah Body Sculpting, we offer initial and ongoing training to our franchise owners, that includes training at our flagship location in Georgia. Further, members of our team will join new franchise owners at their location for up to eight days at the launch of the business. Representatives from Formah Body Sculpting will visit franchise owners up to four additional times each year, to offer further training and assistance. In addition, you will have access to our exclusive confidential operations manual to help operate your beauty center properly on a day-to-day basis.
How much will the Formah Body Sculpting program cost me?
The estimated initial investment necessary to begin operations ranges from $228,000 to $592,000 per location. This includes a $49,500 initial franchise fee for a single unit agreement.
Is financing available?
We do not provide direct financing to franchise owners, but we may refer to financing sources on a case-by-case basis.
Are there ongoing fees to pay?
We charge a royalty fee equal to 7% of gross revenues per week. There is also a technology fee of up to $250 per week. Fees such as these allow us to fund our ongoing support services, training, and the continued development of product and supply channels, training programs, and systems upgrades to guide you when you own a beauty center with Formah Body Sculpting. Flat fees may be required under certain state laws. For a full list of fees and requirements, please refer to our Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD).
Are there any advertising fees?
Formah Body Sculpting franchise owners will spend $15,000 on grand opening promotions within the first sixty days their center is open. They will be required to spend $2,000 or 4% of monthly gross revenues (whichever is greater) on local marketing per month. Franchise owners will also contribute 2% (can increase to up to 3%) into the system marketing fund. Flat fees may be required under certain state laws. Collected funds will be used to develop marketing strategies to promote the Formah Body Sculpting brand.
What is the term of the agreement?
The initial term of your agreement is ten years, with two subsequent successor agreement options of five years.
